Responsibilities
Drive projects end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and rollout
Help formulate technical roadmap by collaborating closely with leadership, applied scientists, and other engineers
Design and build delightful user-facing products from the ground up, including working hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Gradient technology, from demos to proofs of concept to full productionization
Stay up-to-date with the AI landscape and technologies, ensuring we are using the best tool at hand for our platform
Help uplevel the engineering team and shape culture and technical best practices

Required
Deep understanding of enterprise automation problems
Experience in driving projects end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and rollout
Ability to collaborate closely with leadership, applied scientists, and other engineers
Experience in designing and building user-facing products
Up-to-date knowledge of AI landscape and technologies
Experience in shaping engineering team culture and technical best practices
Preferred
5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in a production environment
Experience with web development and proficiency in React, Typescript, and Python
Familiarity with generative AI techniques like prompt engineering, RAG, etc.
Excitement about working at an early-stage startup and building products from 0 to 1
Interest in exploring AI applications to disrupt industries and working directly with customers for product innovations
