Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day pre-sale efforts, focusing on RFP and GTM materials, tracking pitch output, and planning for content initiatives.
Own strategy and packaging for client-facing recommendations, leveraging data to inform strategies.
Ensure consistency in how the integrated marketing team responds to RFPs.
Lead brainstorms to make creative recommendations aligning Barstool offerings with partner objectives.
Oversee the development of creative deliverables like presentations, case studies, and video assets.
Identify revenue opportunities within key Barstool tentpoles and franchises.
Attend pitch meetings with clients, presenting ideas and acting as a content expert.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, planning, production, talent, and brand partnerships.
Coach and develop the integrated marketing team.

Required

10+ years of integrated marketing, media or sponsorship marketing experience at an agency, sports property, brand or media company.
Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and strengthen a growing team.
Experience working with multiple sales and creative teams.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, while prioritizing and managing multiple projects amongst a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
Expertise with PowerPoint, other Microsoft Office products, and Google Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of Barstool Sports, our talent, and franchises.
