Partner closely with senior leaders to shape and guide the team's vision and roadmap.
Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experiences, and sustainable technical foundations.
Champion quality through code reviews, project architecture reviews, and test suite strategy.

Required
6+ years of software development experience.
Extensive experience in web technology (JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Node, Web Components) and standard methodologies.
Experience building and driving enterprise-level tools and systems with an eye to UX, reliability, and quality.
You uphold the highest standards of code quality by championing testing strategies and advocating for test driven development. This involves writing unit tests and implementing test automation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
You are driven and impact oriented. You move quickly to meet changing business needs.
You strive to improve your personal development while also influencing the growth of others.
A growth mindset and a track record of learning new skills and seeking out new challenges.
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and CircleCI.
Experience in MobX or other React state frameworks.
Experience in Playwright or other UI test automation frameworks.
Experience with monitoring and analytics tools like Splunk and Sentry.
