Responsibilities
Articulate & manage a (repeatable) process for recruiting, signing and working with customers for alpha/research and beta stage programs
Partner closely with various internal teams to execute programs successfully
Create standard customer feedback mechanisms and gather insights
Develop & manage alpha/research & beta customer lists and ensure agreements are signed
Secure 'post-sales' arrangement for alpha/research and beta API onboarding & support
Monitor program, exit timeline, and off-boarding/transitioning of beta customers
Define a clear, committed and flexible program roadmap; Drive objectives and key results to measure success
Spot risks, find opportunities, continuously learn, and adjust plans
Run clear cadence and checkpoints; Present to Creative Enterprise Leadership
