Responsibilities

Full accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs.
Act as primary customer interface and build solid business relationships.
Manage stakeholders to determine program objectives and execute deliverables.
Identify opportunities for business transformation and cost reduction.
Coordinate resource needs across departments and validate requirements.
Own proposal activities, business plans, and financial terms of contracts.
Negotiate contract changes and monitor adherence to schedules.
Develop new business or expand product lines with customers.
Establish work policies, improve processes, and collaborate with various functional areas.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Math, Science, or Business.
Three (3)+ years program related experience in developing electronic products from initial design and development thru a manufacturing environment (RF/Microwave products preferred).
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.

Preferred

Proficient financial acumen with ability to develop cost models, monitor program financials and overall program execution to defined budgets.
Developing leadership skills including the ability to properly motivate and influence.
Aerospace and/or defense industry experience including building strong customer relationships.
Experience managing moderate to complex programs.
Experience in managing projects through production material control/scheduling, engineering principles.
Experience with process improvement, change management.
Extensive background in development and manufacturing work in Aerospace and Defense related to weapon, weapon systems, electronic warfare and/or radar systems.
