Responsibilities

Analyze Salesforce dashboards and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business development.

Interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Develop reports and visualizations using tools that effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators.

Utilize systems for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to support business development initiatives.

Collaborate with business development teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.

Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Data analyst or in a similar role, preferably in business development or sales operations.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in business development or sales operations.

Willingness to work both independently and as a team to meet quick deadlines and objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills required.

Self-starter, strong interpersonal communication skills with all levels of colleagues, comfortable working with executive management.

Working knowledge of construction and maintenance services provided in the oil and gas, and/or chemical industry.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce dashboards and analytics tools

Working experience using SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and IIR

Strong proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
