Responsibilities
Set standards and policies for Data Analysts team using best practices.
Collect and aggregate data from various sources for analysis.
Validate, clean, and pre-process data to ensure accuracy.
Utilize statistical analysis techniques to interpret data related to narcotics.
Develop data visualization techniques to present findings clearly.
Translate data analysis findings into actionable intelligence products.
Monitor and analyze emerging trends in drug markets.
Compile and examine data in criminal investigations involving narcotics.
Prepare data visualizations and reports for investigations.
Testify in court regarding analysis performed during investigations.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field, with experience in law enforcement or intelligence analysis preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis techniques and software tools commonly used in crime analysis, such as statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS), and SQL databases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, and with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred
Experience in law enforcement or intelligence analysis.
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
