Responsibilities
Platform Enhancements: Identify high-value enhancements, define requirements, and deliver measurable results to Field Associates
Strategic Roadmap Development: Build a roadmap supporting growth agenda and foundational needs
Expand Value: Continuously identify opportunities to improve and expand platform value

Required
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 7 years of experience in digital product management
Have technical understanding of CRM tools, Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a plus
Demonstrate experience solving complex problems with cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrate experience developing a strategic roadmap that balances stakeholder intent and well-managed activities
Demonstrate experience managing the day-to-day work for an engineering team
Experience working with Engineering, Design, Business stakeholders, and/or Field Sales Associates
Experience working with and managing multiple technology vendors
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master's degree
5+ years of experience in Agile product management
5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into digital products that accelerate revenue growth
