Responsibilities
Configure integrations using various ServiceNow integrations and web services.
Provide expertise and support for migrating legacy solutions to ServiceNow.
Drive alignment to technical best practices across different streams within ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.
Provide interface guidance and oversight to ensure common practices are used.
Define and apply common development & release processes.
Capture/review business and functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and process flowcharts.
Investigate suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to satisfy requirements.
Develop high-level architectural concepts and deliver rapid prototyping using the ServiceNow platform.
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow platform enhancements, bugs, and projects.
Create technical documentation and document ServiceNow guiding principles and best practices.

Required
MUST have Reliability clearance or have lived in Canada for 5 consecutive years
Configure the integration using experience gained in various ServiceNow integrations using web services, B2B tools, MID servers, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers and import set
Provide expertise and support to drive alignment to out-of-the-box functionality when migrating legacy solutions to ServiceNow, as well as when building custom solution on ServiceNow
Provide expertise and support to drive alignment to technical best practices across the various streams within the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery
Providing interface guidance and oversight to ensure common practices are used
Helping to define and apply common development & release processes
Provide expertise and support on the configuration of common master data tables aligns to best practices
Capture/review business and functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases and process flowcharts engaging with business partners
Investigating suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to satisfy requirements
Developing high level architectural concepts
Rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept delivery using the ServiceNow platform
Design/Development/Configuration for any ServiceNow platform enhancements/bugs and projects, including new modules, applications, and integrations with 3rd party systems
Design, develop/configure, test, demo and deliver the solution features in sprints
Provide technical assessments
Create technical documentation
Documenting ServiceNow guiding principles and best practises to allow our platform to scale safely and efficiently
