Responsibilities
Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are aligned with stakeholder needs and regulatory standards
Translate requirements into functional specifications while collaborating closely with the development team
Convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD
Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions using a wide variety of analysis methodologies
Identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions
Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications
Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT

Required
7+ years of relevant working experience
Comprehensive domain knowledge in Commercial Loan Origination
Implemented multiple large-scale CLOS solutions in the last 5+ years
Deep know-how of Business Banking concepts and loan processes & operations
Good understanding of Business Banking Operations and Functions
Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques
Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys
Experience in Core Banking Systems, Banking operations, End of Day& Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations
Knowledge of project lifecycle and different methodologies like waterfall or agile
Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude
Preferred
Hands-on Experience in Business Internet and Mobile Banking Applications is a plus
