Responsibilities

Partner with Monetization and business strategy teams to align on pricing & packaging decisions.
Develop messaging and enablement for new pricing launches.
Work across PMM and GTM stakeholder teams to ensure clarity in customer understanding of Atlassian’s price and value.
Present work to executives and stakeholders, partnering with Analytics, Operations, and Sales.
Establish comprehensive strategies for customer segmentation and pricing communications.
Apply a strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs.
Craft high-touch and low-touch enablement programs with sales leadership.
Create high-quality assets for use by field teams and channel partners.
Distill complex processes and information into clear written communications.
Be detail-oriented and comfortable with creating excel reports and pivot tables.
Prior experience with pricing rollouts and/or GTM for complex product and feature launches is a plus.

Required

8+ years of experience at a SaaS company
Responsible for creating and driving go-to-market plans across a variety of owned channels
Involved in pricing and packaging programs in prior roles
Passionate, self-starter with a no-bullshit, can-do attitude
Detail-oriented, customer-centric, analytical
Comfortable with presenting work to executives and stakeholders
Partner with Monetization and business strategy teams to align on pricing & packaging decisions
Develop messaging and enablement for new pricing launches
Work across PMM and GTM stakeholder teams to ensure clarity in customer understanding of Atlassian’s price and value

Preferred

Prior experience with pricing rollouts and/or GTM for complex product and feature launches
