Responsibilities
Canvass door to door to generate qualified leads
Work a table at assigned events, trade shows, and retail locations to schedule qualified leads
Schedule Connecticut residents for no-cost home energy assessments
Execute team strategy to build excitement about the Home Energy Assessment process to prospective residents
Acquire, retain, and constantly develop industry knowledge and train the material to employees
Represent New England Smart Energy and its brand with professionalism and integrity
Meet and exceed lead generation goals
Sometimes commute team to and from workplaces
Additional administrative duties as assigned โ must be able to liaison between police departments and New England Smart Energy

Required
Outstanding communication and people skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Keeping canvassing supervisor updated on individual and team goals
Interest in energy efficiency and the environment
Ability to commute to locations such as North Adams, Springfield, or Pittsfield daily for canvassing
Must be able to work between scheduled hours of 9 am - 7 pm depending on team availability
Tabling days will be within an hour drive commute of where you live.
