Responsibilities

SOW Review and Consistency Checks: Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for contradictions and adherence to organizational standards.
Formatting and Grammar: Ensure SOWs are properly formatted and free of errors.
Opportunity Tracking and Updates: Update CRM with SOW Metrics and maintain accurate records.
Signature and Documentation Process: Manage SOW signatures and document management.
Project Setup and Initialization: Set up new projects in the system and coordinate for project setup.
Sales and Services Pipeline Coordination: Manage services pipeline and support planning.
General Operations Support: Collaborate between departments and provide operational assistance.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. and/or five years equivalent experience
Proven experience in operations coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably within a service-oriented environment
Keen focus on detail, particularly in reviewing documents for consistency and formatting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal coordination and documentation
Proficient in using project management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
Ability to interpret data to support operational decisions and improve processes
Familiarity with industry-specific service delivery standards and practices
Experience with quality management and document review
Proficiency in using data analysis tools for tracking and reporting service metrics
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
