Responsibilities
Oversee site survey information to determine the placement of new equipment, parts required for installation, cable type and connections, power equipment needs and outside cabinet modifications and cooling requirements.
Act as primary contact person for DC Power Engineers and Supervisors
Attend completed DC Power site walks with vendors during walk throughs when needed.
Write GMOP / DMOP and process all associated paperwork within an EDP that is required for each job.
Read and interpret floor plans, rack drawings, and customer-provided work orders.
Work effectively with engineers, technicians, and customers when needed.
Return all phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, possess proactive communication skills, and keep customers updated on job status.
Process and track applicable Internal documentation and verify that all customer required documents are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Complete Alamon's associated project documentation.
Provide information to internal team and customers as requested and work on the job site if required.
Document and capture any out-of-scope dollars as required and ensure the OOS requests are submitted in a timely fashion.
Coordinate with the engineering department as required to capture data and develop job documentation to ensure project success.
Market Alamon at every appropriate opportunity
Visit sites for walkthroughs in the area.
Make suggestions and prepare bids as directed.
Provide weekly status report Supervisor.
Act independently within the framework of the company structure.
Support other departments when needed and as necessary to ensure compliance with customer accounts.

Required
Must possess current and valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel when necessary.
Must pass a pre-employment screening process, drug screening and MVR record check.
Be proficient with a laptop, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Have excellent time-management skills and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to network amongst other departments within the company.
Must have excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred
A bachelor's degree, vocational school training or apprenticeship is preferred.
