Responsibilities

Analyzing and synthesizing information to develop BI content.

Creating reports, presentations, and other materials.

Developing dashboards, dashboard components, metrics, and data pipelines.

Developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Epic Slicer Dicer, Epic Workbench, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services, and Power BI.

Creating ad hoc SQL queries.

Collaborating with Product Managers and the marketing team.

Conducting pre-implementation process reviews of customer workflow.

Providing in-depth process reviews and ensuring implementation of improved processes.

Consulting with customers to identify and communicate hardware and software requirements.

Conducting training sessions with customers pre- and post-implementation.

Enabling team collaboration working with cross-functional teams.

Managing implementation milestones and activities per project schedule.

Conducting presentations reviewing customer workflow to internal work groups.

Providing feedback to product managers utilizing customer feedback.

Delivering virtual and onsite training around product setup and best practices.

Providing professional implementation and support services to clients.

Consulting customers to design and recommend solution architecture.

Reviewing customer deliverables.
