Required

3+ years of experience in C# .NET development
Strong self-management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for technology and web development
Proficiency in relational databases
Proficiency in WEB API and MVC frameworks
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JS
Familiarity with design patterns and programming principles, including OOP/OOD
Reliable and secure high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber preferred)
Home router and modem
Dedicated, distraction-free home office space with strong wireless or wired Ethernet connection
Valid physical address (PO Boxes not accepted)
Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members via chat, webcam, etc.
