Responsibilities

Executing on the FM Global Academy design and development strategy
Collaborating with Business Partners to qualify requirements for learning and development
Directing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of learning opportunities
Managing team resource capacity to support strategic efforts
Being a strategic partner and liaison for staff and operations
Developing relationships with key stakeholders to understand performance needs
Exploring and approving innovative techniques for learning experiences
Driving continuous improvement throughout all learning programs
Creating an environment that encourages staff development
Coordinating and fostering teamwork throughout the Academy
Managing the contract negotiation and implementation of content providers
Managing the day-to-day operations and evaluation of account services

Required

Bachelors Degree
Instructional Design, Performance Consulting, CPTD, Business Management or equivalent combination of education, experience required
10+ years of relevant experience required
Strong experience in managing or leading a team, remote team engagement, ADDIE, active learning methodologies including in-person and virtual, program design and curriculum development for programs that span several months
Project Management, performance consulting and business partnership
Leadership development at all levels of leadership. Assessment and evaluation of learning tied to business results and impact
Experience working with senior executives and business leaders at all levels
Expert in all phases of instructional design with an agile mindset - Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate
Experience with latest development tools including Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond (GoAnimate)
Very strong leadership, consulting, negotiation and moderator skills
Highly motivated and passionate about learning and development as a differentiator
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Very strong project management, planning and organizing skills with ability to perform with simultaneous initiatives and a degree of ambiguity
Strong personal accountability, decision quality, change agent, customer focus and growth mindset
Strong collaboration and teamwork with diverse colleagues in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary and global environment
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
Ability to work with a high performing team in a fast-paced, complex environment with minimum supervision and aggressive timelines
Strong ability to lead, influence, inspire, empower, coach and mentor others
Leverage professional experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals with the flexibility to adapt
