Responsibilities

Effective management of existing customer accounts and generation of new accounts

Work within FDA and USDA food processing and manufacturing facilities and be available during various production shifts

Provide and keep track of written service reports

Generate new leads and profitable business opportunities through collaboration with both external and internal business partners

Establish strategic and joint partnerships within accounts

Identify customer needs/pain points and apply applicable solutions

Give sales presentations, perform application training, troubleshoot equipment, and train customers on correct SOP

Monitor customer sales performance against budget and financial expectations

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Proficient computer skills associated with Microsoft Office and basic skills required to learn new programs

A valid drivers license

Preferred

Bachelors Degree

Work experience or education in Food & RTE Processing Operations, Quality Assurance, or Sanitation

Previous sales experience in the Food, Beverage, Dairy, and RTE industry
