Responsibilities

Provide the leadership necessary to ensure all safety requirements are adhered to.
Plan and direct project activities, establish priorities, and manage project profitability.
Facilitate methods to improve quality and efficiency, maintain project schedules, and coordinate project work.
Establish working relationships with internal customers, resolve personnel concerns, and support the project team.
Orchestrate project management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws, resolve commercial matters, and oversee technical aspects.
Assist in proposal preparation, review customer contracts, and organize meetings.
Manage budget, schedules, and cost deviations, negotiate subcontracts, and coordinate project start-up and commissioning.
Facilitate validation documentation, ensure customer satisfaction, and settle claims.
Ensure work compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of industrial conveyor and field project management experience (automotive conveyors).
Minimum 5 years working with industrial equipment in a construction environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience with CAD systems.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to create and maintain schedules based on scope of work for various industrial construction projects.
Personal commitment to safety.
Comprehensive ability to review, update, maintain, and execute scope of work drawings and job plans.
Knowledge and experience with equipment planning and support in a production environment, preferably with automotive conveyors.
Advanced time management, budgeting, and analytical skills required.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to foster and support an environment of strong teamwork.
Maintains a strong commitment to safety, organizational goals, and objectives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of customers and employees.
Maintains a high emphasis on excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project.

Preferred

PMP certification preferred.
QAD experience preferred.
