Responsibilities
Serves as the Senior Compliance Analyst.
Assesses and analyzes data related to state facility and provider agency operations, performance, and processes.
Writes detailed, professional reports.
Conducts risk assessments of OIG, facility, and division operations and processes.
Assists Bureau staff with implementation of in-service training courses for the OIG staff and conducts trainings on OIG process for external parties.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Required
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in business or public administration.
Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
Travels in the performance of duties.
Preferred
Three (3) years of professional experience writing complex, analytical reports.
Three (3) years of professional experience assessing and analyzing data.
Three (3) years of professional experience utilizing critical thinking skills while working on multiple projects.
Three (3) years of professional experience communicating in verbal or written form with both internal and external stakeholders.
Two (2) years of professional experience ensuring compliance with State law, administrative law, program directives, best practices, and corrective actions for a public or private organization.
Two (2) years of professional experience in a public or private organization maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
