Responsibilities

Leading design efforts: Responsible for leading design efforts across all game and metaverse UI, website, and e-commerce experiences.

Collaborating with the team: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that the design meets product requirements and technical constraints.

Providing guidance and mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to any junior designers and ensure that their work meets quality standards.

Conducting user research: Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors and use the findings to inform the design.

Creating wireframes and prototypes: Create flow charts, wireframes and prototypes to help the team understand how the product will work and how users will interact with it.

Testing and iterating: Test the product with team and users to iterate and improve designs and products based on user feedback.

A strong portfolio showcasing experience and proficiency in game and metaverse design, website design, and e-commerce.

Excellent understanding of Unity 3D Canvas and UI Elements.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Prototype (ProtoPie, etc.), and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

Keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality designs.

A passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs that enhance user experiences.

Proven ability to lead design efforts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product designers, game designers, junior UI/UX designers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach design challenges creatively.

A proactive mindset, staying updated with industry advancements and seeking continuous improvement in design skills and techniques.

Preferred

Experience with game and metaverse design, website design, and e-commerce development.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt design processes to fit Agile workflows.

Proven experience in leading teams and managing design projects, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Unity front-end development technologies (C#, Unity UI, etc.) to collaborate effectively with developers and bridge the gap between design and implementation.

Knowledge of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.

Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design principles.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines, ensuring inclusive and user-friendly designs.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
