Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and targets.
Oversee the website production, ensure proper messaging aligns with business objectives, maintain the portfolio section, and release case studies regularly.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Track and measure marketing results and sales results for both the marketing sales and software development sales.
Foster collaboration with other departments within the company to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities through market research.
Enable and maintain a consistent brand across digital touchpoints to engage buyers across segments.
Act as a strategic partner with clients to develop market targeting, objectives, and tactics.
Create growth strategies and plan execution to increase the client’s user base, revenue, and brand presence through various digital channels.
Forecast, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing channels.
Conduct continual testing and refinement of marketing tactics to ensure effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional agile teams/agencies to align marketing efforts with client business objectives.
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and explore new channels for user acquisition and growth.

Required

5+ years of experience in marketing/digital marketing.
Must have experience in marketing for a digital agency.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to solve problems.
Experience of building Landing Pages, brand strategy, HubSpot, copy editing.
History managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, and SEO.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Proven track record of driving product success and reporting GTM outcomes for funded startups and enterprise clients.
Ability to take piece of anchor content and create a strategy to turn it into eBooks, white papers, blogs, social media content and email that can be used to engage prospective customers.
Excited by deep research, for example understanding complex technical information like AI or ML concepts. This includes interviewing subject matter experts, reviewing technical documents, and staying updated with industry trends to be able to produce landing pages and content that is intelligent.
Strong verbal, written and consultative communication skills to interact effectively with team and clients to convey next steps.
Attention to detail, having an eye for grammatical and copywriting errors and expressing a brand through different mediums.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and industry-specific concepts.
Experience in understanding the customer journey and buyer personas, and writing content that addresses the needs of different audiences, from technical experts to non-technical users.
Passion for written storytelling and proven ability to write compelling copy across digital channels with a strategic mindset.
