Responsibilities

Organizes, administers, coordinates, and promotes lifelong learning programs and services.

Provides responsive support to program participants and stakeholders.

Identifies and fills program client needs to achieve targeted outcomes for lifelong learning initiatives.

Participates in preparation, evaluation, and delivery of events, reports, and documents to achieve efficient delivery and quality outcomes in DoCS programs and services.

Maintains and organizes accurate records to ensure efficiency and success of program operations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of event coordination, project management, organization, facilitation, or promotion.

Two (2) years of relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function.

Works independently and as part of a team with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates excellent oral/written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and clientele.

Demonstrates excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and effective organization.
