Implement and maintain encryption methods and data protection measures.
Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other relevant security standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to POS systems.
Provide technical support and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
Document processes and create user guides for system operation.
