Responsibilities
Manage resources, schedules, financials, and project change requests for successful project delivery
Provide leadership and supervision to project staff
Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with company objectives
Lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients
Identify, pursue, and win work from existing and new clients

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Civil, Hydraulic/Hydrologic, and/or Water Resources Engineering
10+ years' experience managing task orders for specific projects
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals
Strong communication skills and business development experience
Familiarity with construction engineering services and alternative delivery procurement methods
Preferred
Master's Degree or PPM Certification
Coastal and/or island engineering experience
Previous mentoring and coaching experience
Ability to recruit technical staff
