Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Experience in software quality assurance testing
Experience with software development methodologies
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Experience in utility or telecommunications industry
Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Certifications in quality assurance/testing (e.g., ISTQB)
