Responsibilities

Leadership: Own your expertise area and provide scientific leadership for projects. Develop and expand best practices for handling and processing data. Train others where needed.
Design: Contribute to developing study-specific data collection strategies and ensure alignment with data deliverable requirements.
Build: Develop and review study documents such as data management plans, SOPs, data agreements, and specifications.
Execute: Oversee management of clinical trial data, present data trends, generate reports, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure data deliverables remain within scope and schedule.
Culture: Promote knowledge sharing and bring new ideas into the group to contribute to the company culture within VivoSense.
Work independently with minimal supervision and take on more responsibility as VivoSense grows.

Required

Multiple years of hands-on experience managing data within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or academic setting
Strong scientific background and curiosity, with a Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physiology, or related fields
Attention to detail and willingness to learn and understand different data types and how they connect to study aims
Deep knowledge of the clinical trial process (from the sponsor, site, CRO, vendor, or academia perspective) and relevant guidelines including GCP, GDPR, etc
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player who is proactive, independent and leans into responsibility

Preferred

Master’s degree in related fields
Experience with real-world wearable sensor data - e.g., actigraphy, respiration, sleep, ECG
Experience leading a team
