15+ years of experience in various roles within the healthcare industry
Experience in coaching agile best practices
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
8+ years of leadership experience driving business solutions
Knowledge of healthcare enrollment systems and data
Familiarity with healthcare claims systems and data
Experience supporting Medicare risk adjustment programs
Care management knowledge
