Responsibilities
Define sustainable architecture strategy and framework for Salesforce platform
Lead other Salesforce Architects and technical team in solutioning and designing
Work with Solution Architects to provide expert advice and participate in ECO system solutioning
Set standards for Salesforce org with reference architecture and best practices
Create and maintain Salesforce centric architecture deliverables

Required
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years' experience; Master's Degree with 7 years' experience; or a PhD with 3 years' of experience
6+ years of experience in implementing solutions on Salesforce platform
Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, Visualforce Pages, and Integration features
Experience managing large scale Salesforce org as principal architect
Exposure to Object Oriented Design and design patterns
Preferred
Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Salesforce Health Cloud experience
DevOps CI/CD/CT experience in Salesforce Eco system
