Responsibilities
Providing administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the acquisition program.
Serving as the acquisitions program advocate preparing status reports identifying cost, schedules, and performance issues.
Developing, coordinating, and implementing DHS/CBP goals, objectives and acquisition implementation strategies by ensuring the acquisition meets the aforementioned strategies and goals.
Participating in contract source selection or other acquisition activities that require the participant to be fair and impartial in the execution of their duties.
Preparing presentations and written arguments for key decision points (e.g., Acquisition Review Boards, Acquisition Review Council, Resource Management Council, Operations Support Council, technical reviews, etc.).

Required
Experience managing a wide range of IT management activities
Administrative and technical supervision skills
Ability to prepare status reports identifying cost, schedules, and performance issues
Knowledge of developing, coordinating, and implementing goals, objectives, and acquisition strategies
Experience in participating in contract source selection or other acquisition activities
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Ability to provide fair and impartial execution of duties
