Responsibilities
Supporting a Project Manager with daily tasks such as managing subcontractors, coordinating activities on-site, creating schedules, meeting with inspectors, managing deliveries, working with owner representatives, maintaining documents, updating project schedules, and other project-related tasks.

Required
Two-year technical or business degree
Graduate of a four-year program in Construction Management
Working knowledge of basic accounting, engineering, and project management
Attention to detail
Management of tight time schedule
Working collaboratively
Maintaining client relationships
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role
Experience with Procore, Sage Timberline, Microsoft Project, Plan Grid, EarthCam, MS Office, or other relevant technology
