Responsibilities

Manage and track headcount plans and its implication to budget.
Manage and track organization’s CAPEX, OPEX, spend, and P&L compares to budget.
Facilitate successful implementation of cost efficiency plans and its implication to budget and P&L.
Be the liaison to Finance for OCI Infrastructure organization.
Manage processes specific to annual goal setting, business reviews and roadmap refresh.
Manage and organize critical and confidential planning artifacts for the organization (e.g., operational plans, fiscal year roadmaps and quarterly roadmap refreshes).
Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide strategic & operational analysis in support of complex business initiatives that are at scale and lengthy in nature.
Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Required

10+ years of experience in a business analysis or business program management role.
Strong business acumen and Financial Accounting knowledge to be able to understand how business activity impacts financial statements
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to perform data investigation (e.g., data source identification, feasibility of merging data sets, assess data reasonableness based on business insights)
Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead opposing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with limited supervision
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint user
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or Economics; MBA preferred

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
