Responsibilities
Work with internal team members and service line authorities to respond customer requests for proposal and request for quote to ensure that Thermo Fisher is presented in the best light to align with customer needs
Bring expertise in packaging technology options for pre-filled injectables and play the role of liaison between the commercial team and various technical teams
Act as an advocate for and representative of the commercial team and their customers to ensure alignment with the internal shared service functions supporting strategic alignment of client facing communications with a proactive approach to support flexibility to meet needs and/or market trends changing
Work with Sales Teams to deploy and implement commercial initiatives.
Support Strategic Bidding process by coordinating SMEs, leading planning and preparation
Have a passion for results and ability to identify organizational needs, investigate, and share knowledge and input into sales strategies

Required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Outstanding project management skills
Strong self-management skills with an ability to prioritize, delegate and make decisions quickly
Demonstrated attention to detail and social skills
Bachelor's in engineering, scientific field, mathematics, operations, or any related field
Demonstrated experience in current pre-filled injectable technologies
Understanding of clinical supplies and associated packaging technologies
Experience and strong skills in customer service
Preferred
Advanced degree in business or a technical field
8+ years or more relevant work experience in commercial or operations support roles
Motivated and driven to make an impact
Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographic boundaries (up to 20% travel)
