Responsibilities

Oversee project implementation and execution through completion of construction.

Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, and budgets.

Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria that meet both JLL and Client needs.

Build and maintain rapport with Client representatives, establishing timely communication on all matters. Act as the primary contact with the Client throughout the duration of the project.

Participate in the development of project scope and ensure that it is fully understood by all parties involved.

Guide the Professional Consultants through the due diligence, design development, construction documentation, permitting, and signoff.

Develop and manage detailed project budget based on historical and market data, and clearly defined budget assumptions.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedule. Manage project performance against the schedule, milestones, and critical path.

Oversee project contract management, including Vendor selection and contracting, development of RFPs, bid leveling, and award process.

Facilitate all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, Client, Professional Consultants, and Vendors to ensure responsibilities and expectations are communicated and understood by all parties.

Manage coordination of all Professional Consultants and Vendors ensuring compliance with contract and client expectations.

Manager coordination with Landlords and/or Developers to guarantee lease expectations are being met.

Identify, manage, and mitigate any potential project risks that could impact scope, budget, schedule, and/or quality.

Identify potential liabilities and risk to JLL and/or client.
