Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient technical support to resolve user issues promptly.
Collaborate with the System Administrator on infrastructure projects involving cloud and on-prem solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot 2FA DUO systems to enhance security measures.
Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
Ensure smooth integration of desktops with various systems and applications.
Manage and resolve issues related to telecommunication systems.
Offer basic training and support to users on network access and software applications.
Provide technical assistance for A/V and web conferencing solutions, ensuring optimal functionality.
Keep documentation updated for A/V and web conferencing systems.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues related to A/V and web conferencing technologies.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in A/V technology and conferencing platforms.

Required

1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft products (Server 2016 and above) and Windows OS.
Experience with Google Workspace applications.
Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical installations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Team player mindset with a willingness to collaborate effectively.

Preferred

Knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, Linux.
Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP.
Experience with Solstice Pods, Crestron Conferencing, Google Meet Hardware, and Zoom Webinars.
