Responsibilities

Team Members must always put safety first and always wear appropriate PPE!

Exceeding sales targets as set for the territory.

Relating with people is a key requirement of this role.

Understanding products, product approvals for the sales territory and matching the solutions to the needs of the contractor.

Timely completion of CRM data, reviewing reports and acting as required to serve accounts.

Adhere to and understand all safety policies and procedures.

Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and policies of the company.

Required

Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Must have a basic understanding of business fundamentals.

Above average computer and Office Suite skills.

Must be able to regularly lift items up to 50 pounds, bend, and squat as required.

Must be comfortable executing tasks independently without direct supervision.

Preferred

Preferred experience with construction sales.

Service oriented, problem-solving, and forward-thinking skills are a plus.
