Responsibilities
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff.
Provide senior technical and operational direction, lead financial performance, and develop policies and procedures.
Build strategic plans, ensure compliance with environmental programs, and assist in budgeting and control of expenditures.
Perform property inspections, recommend maintenance, and apply knowledge of multiple disciplines.
Lead by example, persuade colleagues to take action, and identify and solve complex operational problems.
Improve existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results within a function.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
