Required

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and existing systems.

Proven track record of delivering customer-driven software products at high scale.

Technical strategy development and web/API architecture experience.

Experience as a mentor or tech lead.

Preferred

Full software development life cycle experience.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Experience with large-scale, consumer-facing, enterprise-level applications.

Expertise in building secure software solutions.

Experience with AWS, Java, microservices, CI/CD, and cross-platform development.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Proven ability to delegate work and accelerate delivery.

Enthusiasm for promoting high-quality standards in documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation, continuous integration, and deployment.
