Responsibilities
UX and Product Content Strategy: Design meta data frameworks, taxonomies, information architecture, user journeys, and more across various areas of Canva's ecosystem.
Strategy and leadership: Connect user experience with the right information, lead content strategy thinking, and align user goals with business goals.
Collaboration and communication: Work with design, PMs, localization specialists, engineers, and researchers to find optimal solutions for users.
Results: Develop strategies that impact key metrics like user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Required
At least 3-5 years of experience as a senior UX or Product Content Strategist
Proven track record of solving complex problems, ideally in the tech/SaaS industry
Experience in defining meta data and designing taxonomies
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and usability testing
Excitement and readiness to work with AI in content strategy
Experience working with SEO and large amounts of content
Knowledge of best practice SEO at scale
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different disciplines
Ability to balance big-picture thinking and attention to details
Capability to handle complex problems and fast growth
Skill in prioritizing ruthlessly and managing multiple projects
Experience in building relationships and gaining buy-in from stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in translating content into multiple languages
Familiarity with voice and tone and user experience
Experience in fast-paced environments with rapid change
Ability to adapt solutions to evolving challenges
