Responsibilities

Open, develop and retain relationships with clients in the industrial O&G sector, aerospace, automotive, and pharmaceuticals in specific states
Acquire new customers, perform demos, build relationships on all levels, and provide after-sales support
Detect, organize, and attend relevant conferences and trade fairs to introduce products
Collaborate with General Manager USA, plan marketing actions, and work with a multi-functional support team
Ensure data accuracy, input into CRM, prepare proposals, and shipping instructions for clients

Required

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in Industrial Downstream (Refinery & Petrochemical), Midstream and Upstream selling OEM equipment, non-destructive testing devices, gas detection, or technical equipment sales to industrial sites
Degree in a Science, Technical, Business or Industrial Distribution discipline
Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Energy industry, Maintenance and Turnarounds sales experience preferred
Proven track records in Sales, Business Development and Account management
Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) on different client levels. Excellent listening skills
Precise, organized, methodical. Strong eye for details
Solution driven / consultative sales approach
Health and Safety driven
Environmental protection driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Good computer skills
Located in Louisiana (Baton Rouge, New Orleans or Lake Charles). Locations should be within easy reach of a major airport
Willingness to travel regionally on overnight business (approx 40%)
Clean Driving record
TWIC Card
Pass background check including education and criminal

Preferred

Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Energy industry
Maintenance and Turnarounds sales experience
