Responsibilities
Leads market research for the Collision Aftermarket team including customer surveys, competitive analysis, and debriefs to inform direction for the product roadmap.
Performs discovery with customers and stakeholders to understand needs of the marketplace to support prioritization activities. Uses data to develop high-quality insights into our customer's user experience and needs.
Helps define the Collision Aftermarket related product strategy based on market input and Voice of the Customer (VoC) that aligns with overall strategic direction.
Collaborates with customer facing teams to help enable teams to sell, implement and support the product.
Develops and manages select relationships with Aftermarket Manufacturers, third parties, and other external industry professionals.
Develops a technical product strategy for our ingress layer, and translate it into creative, high quality, features, and initiatives.
Creates and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization to develop a deep understanding of our business, and continually iterates on product strategy.
Builds and grooms a prioritized product backlog effectively by leading negotiation and trade-off discussions with key partners.
Leads Program Management and Scrum teams towards the right priorities. Sets clear expectations on projects, product launches, and coordinated release plans.
Writes excellent user-stories, with thoughtful acceptance criteria, that can be translated into engineering features. Partners with UX team in developing stories that will provide the optimal customer experience based on research and customer feedback/validation.
Works closely with the engineering teams to design, schedule, and deliver in an Agile environment.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing technology, or related discipline
At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the Aftermarket Parts eCommerce segment
5 or more years working in Software as a Service (SaaS)
Strong business acumen skills
Creative and strategic mindset
Strong Go-to-Market (GTM) experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to apply principles of critical thinking
Engaging presentation skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities
