Responsibilities

Launch and lead new process improvement, policies, and procedures that monitor and support operational and business objectives.
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
Familiarity solving problems/efforts with visible and not-yet-visible risks, roadblocks, constraints, including many that conflict with each other.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into the data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of audiences including senior business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
Influence teams to dedicate resources, and lead the effort (or finds appropriate owner)
Ability to track problems to resolution quickly and with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management.

Required

Experience in process improvement and workforce planning project management
Ability to maintain calm under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
