Responsibilities
Obtain claim and utilization data from carriers and third-party administrators to complete monthly and quarterly claim reports
Maintain a reporting schedule and tracking system to ensure timely completion of client reports
Develop and implement analytical tools under the direction of Senior Financial Analysts
Aid in the implementation and maintenance of claim analytic platforms for clients
Prepare accurate and timely claim and utilization reports for forecasting and analysis
Create customized benchmarking reports based on client needs
Assist in creating total compensation statements
Aggregate data elements from various sources to calculate value creation across the employee benefits team
Assist in keeping internal and external facing websites up to date
Research and learn new projects
Support Account Managers, Producers, Account Executives, and internal department members in executing MMA’s service strategy
Build personalized client relationships through multiple communication channels
Ensure cohesiveness and timeliness of service execution with internal departments
Prioritize workload, client service requests, and service parameters effectively
Provide feedback and share information at team meetings
Participate in ongoing scheduled meetings with the service team
Develop successful working relationships with various stakeholders
Communicate effectively with the Financial Analytics team

Required
1-3 years’ of experience in financial analytics
Upon hire, Life/Health license, as appropriate for role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
BS/BA in business, finance or related field
