Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain motion control systems using Codesys.
Implement and optimize control algorithms to enhance system performance and reliability.
Deploy and manage large-scale motion control systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to motion control hardware and software.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance personnel.
Document system designs, operational procedures, and maintenance activities.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in the industrial automation industry
Proven experience in designing and developing motion control systems using Codesys
Extensive hands-on experience with motion control hardware and software
Demonstrated experience in deploying and operating motion control systems at scale (fleet of > 300 machines)
Strong understanding of control algorithms, automation systems, and industrial communication protocols
