Responsibilities
Facilitate customer case (complaint) management process; ensure timely case processing; facilitate transfer of information between commercial and investigation teams.
Validate accuracy and completeness of critical case information and assign case investigator.
Request additional information as needed.
Populate Salesforce with results of the investigation.
Generate and issue 8D reports.
Close customer cases with input from the commercial team.
Create reports to monitor key performance measures and trends.
Act as the RMA handler for cases requiring return-material authorization.
Support and participate in Quality Audits, Internal Audits, and other similar tasks.
Support Quality investigations and document investigations and actions in corrective action records.
Work with Inventory Control / Returns Coordinator on disposition of customer quality returns.
Assist with materials for offsite shipping (MSDS, Shipping Orders, Packaging, etc.).
Follow protocol for safety and waste management and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Issue and review supplier corrective action reports (SCAR).

Required
Associate's degree (or equivalent work experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competent in computer programs and skills including Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce, Cority, and SAP are a plus
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
