Responsibilities

Regulatory research and analysis in the managed care industry.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and other compliance-related fields.

Work with a diverse group of people, including external entities, physicians, support staff, coworkers, and management.

Research issues and bring about resolution either directly or with the assistance of others.

Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Build and foster effective relationships through written and verbal communication.

Elicit and document processes effectively, respond resourcefully to change, and generate ideas and initiatives.

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or experience

At least 5 years of experience in regulatory and/or accreditation requirements analysis in the managed care industry

Experience in Healthcare Compliance and other compliance-related fields

Certification in any one of the following: Certified HealthCare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Compliance Fellow (CHC-F), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)

Regulatory research, business writing, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook skills

Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong elicitation and process documentation skills

Ability to respond resourcefully to change and ambiguity, generate and champion ideas and initiatives, and identify connections within the organization
