Responsibilities
Supporting and managing industry-changing projects as part of a team
Interacting with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage project documentation
Tracking move vendor RFPs and supporting relocation planning meetings
Developing scope and schedule of assigned projects and serving as an onsite resource for relocation planning and execution events
Supporting change management activities and assisting in projects of varying sizes and scope

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
(3+ years) of relevant experience, related to project management
Commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management or project management experience preferred
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools
Act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
