Responsibilities

Optimize and troubleshoot processes at customer facilities.

Resolve customer complaints effectively.

Act as the technical interface between customers and internal teams.

Present technical findings and introduce new products.

Lead project management initiatives.

Implement best practices for continuous improvement.

Ensure product quality and consistency.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with a focus on Plastics or Chemical Engineering preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of process improvement/engineering experience in the plastics industry, with PVC / Wire and Cable extrusion experience preferred. (Other extrusion products/materials will still be considered)

Proficiency in process optimization and troubleshooting methodologies.

Strong knowledge of plastic materials and processing parameters.
