Responsibilities

Lead technical design, architecture and development of critical projects

Analyze new and existing system requirements and propose novel solutions

Implement and maintain efficient back-end services using C# and Postgres

Implement and maintain ML Ops platforms using a combination of industry standard systems as well as proprietary, in-house built tools

Be a mentor for Junior Engineers through Code Reviews, Pair Programming, Design Reviews.

Develop automated testing and benchmarking routines

Required

BS or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related field

4+ years' experience programming with object-oriented language (C#, Java, C++, etc.)

Ability to own services end-to-end in service life cycle (planning, design, delegation, release, testing, etc.)

Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

Used to being held to high expectations

Thrives in high intensity, high reward environments

A devotion to being at the forefront of technology innovation

Preferred

Experience using enterprise cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Experience with containerized application (Docker)

Experience with Terraform (infrastructure as code)

Experience with Python

Experience with ML Ops technologies (Orchestration, Model Management, Feature Stores, etc)
