Responsibilities

Manages a portfolio of comprehensive planning and development projects, advising clients through effective decision making.
Performs data collection, market analysis, financial analysis, and space planning to gain market insights.
Serves as the primary interface and contact for multiple clients, ensuring appropriate follow-through.
Contributes to the professional development of analysts and participates in business development activities.
Manages financial and accounting requirements of assignments, ensures receivables are accurate and current.
Directs quality control and client satisfaction activities, assists with research and development efforts.
Supervises and directs a team of analysts and/or staff.

Required

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, urban planning, real estate management, or related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of five years' experience, with progressively increasing responsibilities, in a leadership role managing multiple projects of significant scale.
Reliable transportation
Strong understanding of real estate development, finance, and accounting principles
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office applications including, Excel, Word, Project , and PowerPoint.
Ability to apply technological solutions to consulting assignments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects of significant scale.
Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment.
Excellent oral, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
A willingness to travel (by car, air, or train) as necessary to meet client needs, but not more than two-times per month.
Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and ethical business practices.
Proven adaptability, flexibility, and creativity.
Demonstrated ability to thrive within a team structure.
Aptitude and desire for mentoring and training analysts.
Demonstrated sensitivity, knowledge and understanding of individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, gender, gender identity, cultural, disability and ethical backgrounds
